Cloud Door Access Control
for Offices and Buildings in Egypt
Grant or revoke access to any door in seconds, from any browser. WinAccess replaces keys and standalone controllers with one cloud dashboard for every door, user and site — and keeps doors working on stored rules if the internet goes down.
Hardware designed and made in Egypt by WinFi, with RS-485, WiFi and Bluetooth options for new builds and retrofits.
Keys and standalone controllers leave you blind
Traditional access control creates the same three problems in every building.
No remote control
Opening a door for a delivery or a late visitor means someone has to be physically on site.
No instant revocation
When someone leaves, their key or card keeps working until it is collected or the lock is changed.
No audit trail
When something goes missing, there is no record of who entered which room, or when.
Every door, user and site in one cloud dashboard
Manage access the way you manage everything else: from a browser, in real time.
Instant access changes
Add a new employee, disable a card or change a PIN in real time, from any device.
Access schedules
Time-based rules per user, group or door zone — office hours for staff, set windows for cleaners and contractors.
Groups and roles
Role-based access for staff, management, contractors and visitors.
Multi-site and multi-tenant
Separate access zones per company, floor or tenant, and every building in one account.
Full audit log
Every entry and failed attempt, timestamped, searchable and exportable.
Door status alerts
Real-time open, closed and forced-open status, plus an alert when a door controller goes offline.
Emergency lockdown
Lock every door on a site with a single command.
Standalone offline mode
Controllers store access rules and keep granting access from the last-synced credentials when the internet is down.
Mobile access: one tap, every door
The WinFi app for iOS and Android turns each user’s phone into their key.
Tap to Unlock
A single button on the home screen. Hold the phone to the reader with NFC or scan the door’s QR code — the app remembers which method each user prefers.
Master Key for admins
Admins can unlock any eligible door remotely with one tap, for a delivery, a locked-out colleague or an early contractor.
Access tab
Every door the user can open, with its location, floor and map link.
Cards, PINs and virtual cards
Physical cards and PIN keypads work alongside the app, so every user has a credential that suits them.
Door access hardware, designed and made in Egypt
Three hardware options for any building, designed and built by WinFi in Egypt and managed from the same dashboard. WinAccess drives electric strikes and magnetic locks on a 12 V or 24 V DC supply.

How a WinAccess installation works
-
1
Site survey and door map
Engineers audit every door, confirm lock types, map cabling routes and design the access zones.
-
2
Hardware installation
Controllers are installed, cabling is run, readers are mounted and locks are wired and tested.
-
3
Cloud setup and testing
Users, groups and schedules are created, and every door is tested with every credential type.
-
4
Handover and training
Admins are trained on the dashboard, credential issuing, emergency lockdown and the audit log.
WinAccess by industry
WinAccess controls doors in shared workspaces, offices, hotels and schools across Egypt.
One platform, one dashboard
WinAccess works on its own or alongside the rest of WinFi — network, guest WiFi, doors and power, managed from the same cloud dashboard.
WinAccess FAQ
Answers to the questions we hear most often.
What is WinAccess?
WinAccess is WinFi’s cloud-based door access control system. Door controllers and readers are installed on site, and you manage users, schedules and doors for all your buildings from one cloud dashboard and the WinFi mobile app.
What happens to the doors if the internet goes down?
They keep working. Controllers store access rules on the device and continue to grant access from the last-synced credentials. Live monitoring and remote control resume as soon as the connection is back.
Which credentials does WinAccess support?
The WinFi mobile app (NFC, QR code or Bluetooth proximity), physical access cards, virtual cards and PIN codes. A single user can have more than one credential.
Can WinAccess work with our existing door locks?
WinAccess drives electric strikes and magnetic locks on a 12 V or 24 V DC supply. During the site survey we confirm each lock, and whether it should be fail-safe or fail-secure under your building’s fire-safety requirements.
Do we need new cabling?
Not necessarily. The WinAccess Controller uses RS-485 cabling, which suits new builds. The WinAccess WiFi Node needs no RS-485 cabling, which makes it the usual choice for retrofits.
Can we manage several buildings or tenants?
Yes. WinAccess is multi-tenant: each company, floor or tenant can have its own access zones and admins, and all your buildings sit in one account.
How do we see who entered a room?
Every access event, including failed attempts, is recorded in the audit log with the door, user, credential type and time. You can search it and export it.
